In February 2022, Matthew Shuman was elected as the President and Chairman of the Board of the Honor Flight Network, a position that allows him to continue serving his brother and sister veterans.
Outside of Honor Flight, Shuman currently serves as the Strategic Congressional Initiatives Manager for Philips Healthcare, a company dedicated to positively impacting the lives of 3 billion people by 2030. Prior to joining Honor Flight and Philips Healthcare, Shuman worked as the National Legislative Director for The American Legion, our nation’s largest Veterans Service Organization, where he represented their two million members before the U.S Congress, the Department of Veterans Affairs and the White House.
Matthew Shuman served as a Military Police Officer in the United States Army.
